My new lifestyle of health and fitness has made me a much better person inside and out. I can’t imagine life without running, kickboxing, weightlifting, Zumba and yoga. Exercise keeps my mind sharp and gives me the energy to manage my career, family of 4 boys and a husband and graduate school. My family enjoys eating healthy foods like spaghetti squash, Greek yogurt and lean meats. I have succeeded in cooking healthier versions of their favorite foods and they actually love it! I’ve lost 36 pounds and will never go back to being unhealthy again! This is for a lifetime! |
